Implementation of the ‘Type2’ enum.

Specifies the type of permission. ‘Allow’ indicates access is allowed. ‘Deny’ indicates access is denied. ‘SpecialType’ indicates a type defined in the Access Control Entry (ACE) does not map to ‘Allow’ or ‘Deny’.
